  • The Main Gate opens at 12:30 PM on Saturday and 11 AM on Sunday. The only entrance is located on Washington Ave (3200 block) just east of Theresa St.

  • No, the festival will take place rain or shine, so please plan your outfit accordingly.

  • Yes, you may leave the festival and return at a later time on the same day.

  • All ages are welcome.
    Children under twelve years old are free (General Admission only).

  • Garage, lot, and street parking is located throughout the surrounding blocks. Grand Center and SLU parking garages will be open.

  • Yes, there are food trucks and on-site food & beverage providers.

  • Yes, all major credit cards are accepted.

  • Music at the Intersection is a fully accessible event, and we are dedicated to continually improving our efforts to ensure you have access to all the festival amenities. We welcome and encourage all feedback and suggestions from our patrons.

  • Vendors Applications are currently closed. Thank you to all vendors who applied this year!

  • Please email Arica Foster at arica@kranzbergarts.org for all volunteer opportunities.

  • The “Vendor Row” will be home to local artisan vendors, as well as live street art activations, artist talks, large format mural walls, and high-definition projection mapping / immersive video art. In addition, our Food Truck Court will feature a handful of incredible local cuisine options, curated by Sauce Magazine.

  • The entire festival footprint outside of grass is city streets and sidewalks aka 100% accessible. Each stage will have dedicated viewing areas for folks with accessibility needs/concerns. Dedicated parking spots will be in front of the box office at High Low.

  • Yes, strollers are allowed within the festival footprint.

  • Item descriptionYes. The festival entrance is served by four MetroBus Routes: #10, 70, 94 and 97. Customers can ride MetroBus #70 northbound from the Grand MetroLink Station three stops near the festival entrance. Departures every 20 minutes throughout the day and every 30 minutes after 5 p.m. Download the Transit App to plan your trip.

  • General Admission tickets include festival ground access with first-come, first-serve seating (or standing room) available at all stages.

    General Admission Plus tickets include private bar access in Sophie’s Artist Lounge, dedicated indoor restrooms at 3333 Washington and The Big Top and access to exclusive programming in Sophie’s Artist Lounge.

    VIP tickets include private bar access in Sophie’s Artist Lounge, dedicated indoor restrooms at 3333 Washington and The Big Top and access to exclusive programming in Sophie’s Artist Lounge, as well as VIP Village Passes (two drink tickets, VIP bars and VIP food venders), dedicated VIP viewing areas at all stages, and a commemorative 11×17 festival poster.

  • No, only whoever uses the ticket on Saturday may use Sunday’s ticket.

  • VIP Wristbands can be picked up at the Fox Theater Box Office – Located at 527 N Grand Blvd, St. Louis, MO 63103.

Health & Safety

  • Security and safety are the utmost of importance. We work hand-in-hand with relevant city law enforcement, fire and EMS agencies to help the safety of our event. Because of those very same concerns, we are unable to publicly comment on any specific actions that are taken.

What can I bring

  • Yes, we are encouraging guests to bring their lawn chairs and/or blankets to be able to relax in front of the outdoor stages.

  • No, coolers of any kind are not allowed on the festival grounds.

  • No outside food or beverages of any kind can be brought into the festival. That said, an empty, reusable clear, water bottle, hydration packs, and camel backs may be brought in and refilled at the many hydration stations throughout the festival grounds.

  • CLEAR plastic/vinyl tote bags no larger than 12” x 6” x 12” and/or small clutch bags (4.5”x 6.5”) will be permitted. The small clutch bags do not need to be clear. No full-sized backpacks may be brought into the festival

  • Yes, but only non-aerosol containers, 3.4 ounces or less.

  • Only certified service pets are allowed onto the festival grounds.

  • Small personal point-and-shoot cameras are allowed, but professional DSLR cameras are not permitted. Video cameras are strictly prohibited. Video recording of any performance on any device is also prohibited.
